About us

Frisbee Creative are specialists in design and communication, working across a range of media, from traditional print design to emerging digital platforms. We each have unique but complimentary skill sets and have been working together for well over decade. This allows us to be very flexible in our approach to projects. We are able to apply a wide range of skills and bring many years of commercial experience to our work.

Our clients range from smaller local businesses and start-ups to large global organisations. We work for a number of charities and not-for-profit organisations alongside a host of commercial enterprises. We also donate time to a number of schools, clubs and charities in our local area.

Our approach is simple. We listen, then we work with you to deliver solutions that are considered and affordable but always stylish. Our aim is to work with our clients, building long-term relationships and achieving results. At the end of the day if you don’t succeed, we won’t.

Justin’s design career began in the early 90s with a company specialising in work for theatres and the arts. In 1997 he joined Synergy, a design agency that pioneered ethical design for the not-for-profit sector. While there, he worked on a huge range of projects from magazines and annual reports to corporate identities and media campaigns. And, as one of their senior designers, led projects for clients as diverse as Channel 4 and Amnesty International. In 2004 he left Synergy and set up Frisbee Creative.

Wendy has a background in design and publishing having become a copy setter in a design agency when she first left school. She went on to spend a number of years managing the design studio for Hill Publishing, a large publishing house in Notting Hill, before helping Justin to set up Frisbee Creative in 2004.
